Help Baby James and Family

Hi my name is Nicole and I am fundraising for friends of mine Crystal, Rob and their son James. They could really the use extra support right now!. Their baby James is just 1 & 1/2 years old and has experienced 2 very scary health crisis already in his life requiring emergency medical attention and transport to BC Children's hospital. Rob and Crystal are still currently in Vancouver in hospital to support James's recovery. James is now off the ventilator and has started to stabilize a bit however urgent testing is still required and they are unsure when they will get to go home.

Even when they can return safely home with their boy, baby James was born with a malformation of his lung and requires lung surgery before he reaches the age of 3. With this condition the family has been back and forth to Vancouver for regular medical follow ups and monitoring asides from these last two emergency hospital stays. James is currently on the waitlist for this lung surgery which will bring him back to BC Children's hospital at that time.

Both Rob and Crystal are such good people and an incredible part of our community here in Vernon BC. They have both volunteered a huge amount of time to build and shape our mountain biking programming for youth and are always down to lend a hand. Please join me in this opportunity to give back to them and support them through these extremely difficult times. Any amount will help us reach our initial goal of $7000 and total goal of $12,000 which will assist in some of life's costs while they are in hospital with James now and for his future surgery. Crystal's family will be the sole benificiarary of funds raised through this fundraiser.
