Hi everyone, this is a fundraiser created for Pablo and Letty Lopez. Late last year, Pablo had seizures and was hospitalized. As you could imagine, they had large medical bills. While trying to recover financially, they found out their baby girl Isabella has a congenital diaphragmatic hernia and will need special care in Salt Lake City. This also means Pablo and Letty will move their little family to Utah for a few months, incurring living expenses on top of the extra hospital bills. Naturally, Letty will not be working during that time and they will have a reduced income. Pablo, Letty, and their family thank you for your support after Pablo’s medical emergency, and would greatly appreciate your support during this time as well. Thank you!
Update 01/07/2024:
After 9 months in the NICU, Isabella was extubated and doing well. The Lopez family rejoiced as the end seemed near. On top of that, they were able to celebrate hearing Isabella’s voice for the first time.
However, 3 weeks later Isabella fell sick and was re-intubated. She continued to get worse and medications were no longer working very well. After trying everything the medical team could, they ultimately decided to give Isabella until Monday, January 8th to show a sign that she can recover. The Lopez family fears having to make a hard decision and continues to ask for your prayers. Thank you for your support.
