Help Sidney, Jenn, and Baby Hooper

My name is Caree, and I've been Jenn's best friend since high school- almost 18 years. I have asked Jenn if I could share her story in hopes of finding ways to help her and Sidney during this difficult time.

Here is their story:

Sidney and Jenn found out they would be welcoming a precious baby girl come September 2017. They could not be more excited, but at 17 weeks pregnant, Jenn had to have her cervix stitched closed (aka a cerclage) in order to have the chance of a full term pregnancy. At her appointment last week (28 weeks along), she was immediately admitted into the hospital for strict bedrest because her cervix was very thin. The doctor hoped it would thicken back out and she would be able to go back to her normal lifestyle until she was further along. Unfortunately, when her cervix was checked yesterday, it has completely thinned out, and the only thing keeping Jenn from going into labor is the cerclage. The doctor thinks baby girl Hooper will be delivered before Jenn even reaches 35 weeks of pregnancy. Not only that, Jenn is to remain in the hospital on strict bedrest until further notice.

With this turn of events, Jenn is unable to work as a dental hygienist, drastically reducing their income. She will also be incurring a large amount of medical bills being in the hospital as long as she will be.

Anything you can donate, not matter the amount, will make things a little easier for this wonderful family. They are going to be amazing parents and will be incredibly grateful for any help we can give them.
