My kind, big hearted friends Shanna, John and their family are going through something unimaginable.

On April 19, their 2 year old son, Gio, was rushed to the hospital where they discovered tumors all over his liver. Further imaging found that the tumors grew to be as big as his body. They are wrapped around his main artery, his organs, and is compressing his airway. A couple days after his arrival in the ER, their sweet, strong 2-year-old was diagnosed with stage 4 high risk Neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.

He is now on a ventilator and undergoing intensive chemotherapy, with a long and difficult road ahead—treatment is expected to last up to two years, or potentially longer.

Right now, his mom, Shanna, is by his side every single day. Because of the intensity of his care and the number of hospital visits, she had to make the incredibly difficult decision to leave her job to become his full-time caregiver. On top of this, she and John are also caring for their two other young children, ages 6 and 1.

This situation has placed a huge emotional and financial strain on their family. One of the most urgent needs right now is a reliable used vehicle to safely transport Gio to and from frequent hospital visits, treatments, and emergencies. Their current situation makes this extremely challenging, as their car recently broke and they do not have transportation.

We are raising funds to help support:

- A reliable used vehicle for medical transportation.

- Monthly living expenses while Shanna is unable to work.

- Travel costs, parking, meals, and other treatment-related expenses.

- Basic needs for all three children during this incredibly difficult time.
