This is her story:

My name is Shiela Gasmen, and I gave birth to a boy at International Modern Hospital Dubai, UAE on July 11, 2025. Due to the baby's irregular breathing, he was admitted to the NICU at the aforementioned hospital. A number of tests, including 2Decho, were performed, and the results showed that he has a heart condition. He has been diagnosed with Perimembranous large VSD with antero cephal malalignment, Aortic dextroposition (like Pink TOF no clear pul blood flow protection), Mild Al, and Systemic pulmonary hypertension which was all causing him to breath abnormally fast.

My baby got discharged on July 19, 2025 and total hospital bill including my delivery bill is 48915.62AED. Due to my uninsured delivery and my self-paid early costs, we are currently suffering financial constraints.

Currently, my husband does not have a job and his visa is under my sponsorship. We sincerely and humbly request your financial aid because we no longer have money to pay the remaining hospital cost that has been accumulated which is 29938.78AED.
