Help Baby Ezra in His Fight Against Neuroblastoma
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers —
My dear friend Alex and his wife, Alayna, recently received news that no parent wants to hear. Their infant son, four-month-old Ezra, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma on the day before Thanksgiving.

Neuroblastoma is a form of childhood cancer that is characterized by solid tumors made of nerve tissue outside of the brain. There are fewer than 900 cases each year. We are reaching out to you — with both apprehension and optimism — to humbly ask for your support. Ezra and his family face a potentially long, heart-wrenching journey ahead, and they will need help.

Ezra is the youngest of Alayna and Alex’s three children. He has two older sisters who adore him deeply and dote on him daily. Despite his tender age, Ezra has proven to be a happy warrior, showing strength and resilience through his ever-present smiles. His pure light and sweet joy are what keep his parents going.
While Ezra and his family are doing their best to live in the moment, and to count their blessings, here’s the reality: The road ahead will likely be filled with medical treatments, hospital stays, and other unforeseen expenses. Your generous contributions — no matter how big or small — will go towards Ezra’s medical care, travel expenses for treatment, and to supporting his family during this difficult time.
Please know: It is our firm belief that Ezra will survive this. Your part in this fight will be to ensure that he not only survives, but thrives. We can’t wait to one day tell Ezra about how, before he could even take his first step, kind people from all over stepped up on his behalf.
Here’s how you can help:
1) Donate. Any amount, big or small, will make a difference. We expect nothing and appreciate everything.
2) Share. Spread the word about Ezra’s fight by sharing this campaign with your network.
3) Send positive energy, thoughts and prayers. Your love, care and support are deeply appreciated — and necessary — as we navigate this scary challenge.
