Hello, this is my son Elijah. He was born with tetralogy of fallot, it’s a heart condition that requires open heart surgery. He’s 4 months old and he needs it before he reaches 8 months. We recently moved to Japan for my husband’s job. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover the surgery he needs, so we are reaching out for help in anyway that we can.
