My name is Liz Quintero and my 2 year old nephew Carter has just been diagnosed with a tumor near his liver and kidney. My brother and sister In law have been at the hospital day and night waiting for answers and unfortunately heard the words no parent wants to hear. My brother is not able to go in ICU as they are only allowing one parent in, so my pregnant sister in law has been by Carter’s side 24/7. They are currently on the waiting list for Ronald McDonald House but have been sleeping in the car just to be close to their baby. We are raising money to help with hotels, gas and food while waiting for his treatment plan. Baby Carter is getting a bone marrow procedure done tomorrow along with a port in his chest for chemotherapy. Anything will help.
