Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well! This fundraiser is to help the mother of a 4 year old child suffering from leukemia. She is a single mother in Karachi, Pakistan, surviving off a meager salary working as an assistant accountant in a logistics company.
Her son, had an extremely high fever for 25 days, following which he started becoming pale, lost his appetite and all his energy. A full of life, smart child became bedridden all of a sudden. She took him to a hospital where, after intensive testing, she was informed that he is suffering from leukemia and requires bone marrow transplant. Since Azlan had hypochromic anemia and anisocytosis, he was provided with an emergency blood transfusion but any further treatment was not available at that hospital. He has been referred to a bigger hospital, that is equipped with dealing with such cases. The child's condition is rapidly deteriorating, but the hospital he was referred to has refused to admit him because the mother cannot afford the treatment. Her son is her lifeline. He is all she has and she is trying her best to get him treated. She has invested all of her life savings in it but is coming short on the cost of treatment. 
Our goal is to raise $20,000 to cover all his medical expenses. All of the child's medical reports, as well as any medical bills, can be provided upon request. 100% of the proceeds will go to help Azlan fight this battle against cancer. It has been 24 hours since Azlan is at home with his mother, without any medical care, hoping for a miracle to happen.
