Help Baby Ariel

Meet Ariel Johanna Ruchel. She turned 3 on January 12th of this year, and was diagnosed with Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma just over one month prior. This is a form of cancer rarely found in young children. Her initial treatment is a 9 month stretch of chemotherapy at the Albany Medical Melodie Center for childhood Cancer. Tho her lovely head full of hair is nearly gone, to meet her you would otherwise not know her true suffering. Her spirit remains vibrant and joyful. She is a very strong, intelligent and comedic little gal, who makes me proud every day.

She’s is permanently in the sole care of her grandfather, who is a very dear friend of mine. Her parents are not at all a part of her life. The house her and her “Poppy” live in needs much work, including a furnace! Using public transportation to commute, while working for minimum wage, I have witnessed the true struggle of their daily lives. I would like to assist them with repairing their home, and maybe even get a vehicle to help with their travels in this bitter cold. They are not asking for anything. I am asking you to help me help them. Anything you could spare will be greatly treasured and will go towards a cause very near to my heart.
