Help Baby Abella's fight against cancer

This beautiful 6 month old baby girl is Abella. She is my sweet, smart and loving Granddaughter. She has 3 older brothers and two loving parents.

On July 16th, her parents, Lucero & Lily Lindemann received the devastating and life altering news that Abella had a form of cancer called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis!

Abella's parents noticed that she had some swelling on the right side of her head which the doctors thought was only swollen Lyphnods due to an ear infection. Weeks later they noticed that Abella was not using her right arm like before and that she had pain anytime her arm was touched. Lucero and Lily rushed her to the doctors for an X-ray. The X-ray revealed a tumor in Abella's arm. The tumor had grown so big it caused cracks in Abella's arm, which means her arm was fractured. Of course, this news was devastating for Lucero and Lily.

The doctor told them to go home and pack some clothes and drive two hours away to the nearest Pediatric Cancer Specialist. They spent a week and two days in the hospital where Abella underwent numerous test and scans and underwent surgery to have a Broviac placed.

After the scan and test results came back it as determined that Abella had 3 tumors on the side of her head, 1 tumor behind each eye and 1 in her arm. She was ultimately diagnosed with a rare form of cancer named LCH.

Due to this diagnosis, Lucero and Lily will need to make a two hour drive, two times a week for Abella's Chemotherapy, which will take at least a year to complete. This means they will need to take time off of work unpaid (because they took their bonding time to care for her as a newborn) to give their baby the treatment she needs to beat the cancer!
