Help babies and communities thrive: Innovative mental health

Stepping Stones Psychological Services, PLLC is a small woman-owned business in Keeseville, New York. Dr. Maria Rheaume, Licensed Psychologist and Certified Infant/ Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, founded it in Fall 2021.

Stepping Stones Psychological creates a safe space and offers supports to those who often "fall through the cracks." In other words, Dr. Maria and team pride themselves in helping those who cannot find quality services elsewhere, including those with co-occuring developmental disabilities (e.g. Autism, Intellectual Disability, ADHD) and mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, mood disorders, trauma history). We create innovative approaches to support children and their families.

Prevention is also super important to us! We support parents and caregivers right from pregnancy / birth to set babies up with the best mental health outcomes.

We also offer comprehensive developmental/ psychological assessments to determine diagnoses.

Many of our services are offered on a sliding scale or at no cost to families. We seek grant funding and crowdfunding to make services as accessible to everyone as we can!

This is my fourth year in business. Help me keep this small business going by offering a generous donation so that we can continue for years to come! Your help allows us to pass along the charity to our community.

Funds will enable Baby and Me Therapy Groups, scholarships for assessments and retreats, and help Dr. Maria manage operational expenses without financially burdening those who need us most!
