Am now free from Sept 18th 2023 2nd Attempt to evict from my Flipper Landloard Mr. Anda

As of 10/25/23  UD was dismissed for false statements.

So Thanks to all that helped.I face as of 10/26/23 a 60 day notice from Landloard that he intends to move in.

Even when the downstairs duplex is open. So I must raise $6,600 to give to attorney before the 29th as  another UD will arrive. He is Still refusing Rent,but if he does we must pay that also then answer 3rd UD. So Please Help What you can its my dads BD on Xmas and my Late husbands on 5 Jan so its hard already ,And yes I have gone to look,register for new housing,There is Not 1 place I can afford .Must be $1,000 or less.So yes Hud &Sec 8 lists ,they take time to get a place.I will be homeless at 70 .

And I need a place/community like Exists now where all my neighbor know &Care that My housemate &I stay put

Please 27 Dec Landlord will serve us again with a New UD
