Help Babe Get the Surgery She Needs

Hi, my name is Kiana, and I’m reaching out for help for my sweet dog, Babe. She has been struggling with severe pain and difficulty walking due to bilateral CCL (cranial cruciate ligament) tears. Despite our best efforts to manage her pain with medication, it’s become clear that Babe needs surgery to get back to her happy, active self.

The surgery to repair both of Babe’s legs costs a minimum of $10,000. There is also a chance the vet may need to perform the surgery on one leg at a time, which would bring the total cost closer to $12,000–$14,000. Unfortunately, my pet insurance won’t cover any of the surgery costs because it’s considered a preexisting condition, and I’m still working to pay off my own medical bills from a recent surgery. This has made it difficult for me to afford the surgery that Babe desperately needs.

I’m struggling to ask for help, but I can’t stand seeing her in pain. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to us. I just want Babe to be pain-free and able to live her best life again.
