BAA is a Seventh Day Adventist K-12 School located in Bakersfield, CA. Our focus is to provide a quality education in a Christ filled environment.
We recently completed phase one of our capital improvement campaign. Thank you to everyone who donated or has shared this fundraising opportunity with your network! We are incredibly grateful for your support. Phase one included adding three gates and fencing to secure our campus. The cost of this phase was $36,800. We now have $7,286.06 in this fund to go toward phase two.
Phase 2 will entail the following:
- Add scissor double gates in the quad area of the high school.
- On the south courtyard of the high school facing the gymnasium, adding metal double gates similar to the entrance of the high school that was added as part of phase one.
- Replace all high school classroom door handles with cylindrical locksets.
- Replace 15 elementary building exterior doors with commercial grade metal doors.
- Add safety film to all elementary building windows.
Including offline gifts that have been made to BAA, we have raised $44,086.06 to date.
