Hi, my name is B. DeVeaux and I am a 20 year old, non-binary Black individual. I have created this Go Fund Me because for this entire past year, I have truly been struggling. After leaving school and moving to Los Angeles in February of 2020 to pursue my music career,I thought that I would be able to have a fresh start, but soon after I arrived, COVID-19 ran rampant and I spent the next 6 months looking for work -- virtual, in person, or otherwise. After almost a year of struggling on my own, I moved back to The Bay and I didn't have a choice but to buckle down and turn to my community. Too many days go by where I don't know how I going to eat or how I'll keep myself mentally and physically sustained, and I finally realized, I can't do it by myself. So I come to you humbly, simply asking to give what you can, if anything.
