My journey is one of resilience, faith, and the unwavering belief in the power of forgiveness. Forgiveness is not just a word for me, it's a way of life. Little did I know that this path would lead me to face the unimaginable, forcing me to confront the depths of my own beliefs.

In 1995, my world came crashing down as I endured a parent's worst nightmare - the senseless murder of my beloved son, Tariq, by a 14 year old gang member. Tony Hicks, a young man driven by anger and despair, had taken my son's life. The weight of this tragedy threatened to consume me, but I made a choice that defied logic - I forgave him. Forgiving my son's killer was an agonizing journey through darkness, a testament to the human spirit's boundless capacity to heal.

The act of forgiveness became my salvation. It wasn't about condoning the crime or forgetting my son's memory, but a powerful step towards inner peace. I discovered that forgiveness had the power to transform pain into purpose. From that moment on, I knew I had to share this profound discovery with the world; since then I have worked tirelessly to teach the power of forgiveness.

Around ten years ago, during my daily meditation practice, I received a revelation - a vision of a world united by forgiveness, a world at peace. This divine download led to what my team and I are now calling the "Peace Through Forgiveness" Project (PTF). Our vision is audacious: world peace, achieved one heart at a time through the practice of forgiveness.

Why Forgiveness as the path towards peace? It worked for me, it worked for my family; it worked for Tony Hicks and his family. It can work for you and your family. Indeed it can work for the entire global population!

People ask me, how do you extend goodwill to those who have wronged you? I tell them, you start with forgiveness. How do I know this is so? Because I am at peace - through forgiveness.

We are on the cusp of something extraordinary, but we can't do it alone. Our mission requires resources - approximately $10,000 to create our website, online community, and a powerful online forgiveness course. With your support we'll be able to launch the Peace Through Forgiveness Project to the world in early 2024.

We've crunched the numbers, delved into research, and discovered a hopeful statistic - 4%. This is the magic number, the tipping point, the critical mass needed to ignite a global community that is on the path to peace. But to reach this milestone, we need you!
