Hi everyone, my name is Aziah Phillips-Allen, and I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the Black Writers Collective Expressions in English Program in Oaxaca, Mexico this August! Traveling and studying abroad has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, so being selected for a program that brings together Black writers and creatives feels incredibly meaningful. I’m really looking forward to immersing myself in a new culture, strengthening my writing, and connecting with a community that shares my passions and experiences.

Although the program takes place in August, the program fees are due in March, which means I have a shorter timeline to prepare financially. As a full-time college student, covering these costs on my own is challenging, so I’m seeking financial assistance and support to help make this opportunity possible.
