On September 6, 2020, after getting ready for work and walking out of her house, our friend and co-worker Azarriah discovered her car was stolen from her driveway. Later that day, she was contacted by the Cary police department that her car was found about 15 miles away from her house. The thief had stolen her car from her home, trashed the inside, and crashed it. It was completely totaled.

After several months of discussion with the police, the dealership and insurance, she is expected to still make payments on a car she no longer has, on top of needing a rental car the first several weeks after her car was totaled. Nissan continues to demand payment for a car she cannot drive anymore.
During all of this, Azarriah has continued to show up and work tirelessly at her job at WakeMed hospital throughout this pandemic, in addition to a second job she has on the weekends. She works extra shifts at the hospital to help out on the COVID floors. Azarriah is an incredibly hardworking, kind, and wonderful person and coworker so let’s help out this healthcare heroine! Please donate to help her pay off a car that was stolen, toaled, and left for her to pay.
Let’s leave 2020 behind and support an essential worker, teammate, and friend that gives so much to us and to others in their time of need. Let’s return the favor to Azarriah.
