Cultural anthropologist Margaret Mead once said:

“Never doubt that a small, thoughtful committed group of citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

No matter how dark it gets in the world in which we live, we cannot stop believing in this!

On September 28th, 2025, The Ayla Project held its first Fall Fundraiser and Dinner on the shores of Lake Washington and was able to raise $50,000 toward its $60,000 campaign. If you were unable to attend, or are otherwise out of state, it is not too late to contribute and help us close the gap, so The Ayla Project will be able to expand to serve more war refugee families with critically ill children and their families through safe relocation, medical care, psychological care, education, and income generation support.
