Help Ayden Bain Ride to Success!

Donation protected
My name is Andrew Hindley, and I am an enthusiastic triathlete from the beautiful island of Grand Bahama in The Bahamas. During a recent visit home, I was fortunate enough to cross paths with an extraordinary young athlete named Ayden Bain. From the moment I met Ayden, I was truly impressed. At only 14 years old, he already possesses a level of dedication and commitment that sets him apart. Ayden's day begins at 4 AM when most kids his age are still fast asleep. He starts his morning by completing 20-30 miles of cycling with seasoned adult athletes; before the sun even rises!! However, there are a few major challenges holding Ayden back: his current bicycle, equipment, and accessories. Ayden is currently riding an outdated and ill-fitting bike that no longer suits his needs. As a growing young man and athlete, he requires a bicycle that can keep up with his progress and support his development. The purchase of an indoor smart trainer will also give Ayden a competitive edge and allow him to fine-tune his training. Recently, Ayden's mother (who raised Ayden as a single mother) reached out to me, seeking assistance in finding a bicycle that she can purchase for Ayden. Over the past few years, Grand Bahama has faced significant challenges, enduring the destructive force of a Category 5 Hurricane and grappling with the far-reaching impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing the overwhelming financial burden that comes with acquiring top-of-the-line, quality cycling equipment, I am taking the initiative to create this fundraiser for Ayden and his family. Ayden Bain has consistently excelled in the sport of triathlon since he was eligible to compete as a young child. Let me share with you some of his remarkable achievements: 2015: 1st place in the age category at the Iron Kids triathlon 2016: 1st place in the age category at the Iron Kids triathlon 2017: 1st place in the age category at the Iron Kids triathlon 2018: 1st place in the age category at the Iron Kids triathlon 2019: 1st place in the age category at the Iron Kids triathlon AND 5th place overall in the main sprint. He also won the silver medal in the 11-12 boys' aquathlon race that same year. 2022: 2nd place at the Annual Potcake Triathlon in Nassau 2022: Winner of the Annual Conchman Triathlon in the Bahamas, surpassing all adult competitors. Ayden's potential is undeniable, and with the right resources, he could reach even greater heights in the world of triathlon. A new bike, designed to fit his growing body and equipped with the latest technology, would be a game-changer for Ayden's training and competitions. Unfortunately, the financial burden of top-of-the-line, quality cycling equipment can really hold an athlete such as Ayden back. We invite you to join us in supporting Ayden's journey by contributing to this fundraising campaign. Your generous donation will go directly towards purchasing a new bike and accessories that will propel Ayden toward success. Together, let's help Ayden Bain and his family continue to inspire us with his dedication and passion for triathlon. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in Ayden's pursuit of excellence. Thank you for your support! How funds will be used: New Bike: $5000 Rear Radar/light: $200 Bike bag for traveling: $500 Garmin Smart Trainer: $1200 Power Meter Pedals: $650 Everything else will go to travel expenses for races.
