My name is Ayat Abu Delfa. I am a mother of three very young children. My husband, Salman, may God have mercy on him, passed away and left behind three small children, all under the age of four.

Before the war, I later married my late husband’s brother, but our situation has remained extremely difficult. We have no stable source of income to provide for the children.

During the first months of the war, we were displaced more than five times. We moved from place to place under bombardment, fear, and constant danger, while struggling to find even basic necessities such as bread and clean drinking water.

The children’s grandfather suffered a stroke that left him partially paralyzed. He is now unable to move normally, and getting the treatment and medicine he needs has become very difficult.

Over the past years, the rising cost of food and the lack of basic supplies have deeply affected my children. Because they are still very young, they have suffered from malnutrition and anemia.

Our home was completely destroyed. We no longer have a safe place to live, and the cold weather has made the children’s health even worse. We have had to visit the hospital many times because of their condition.

After years of war, I have also been unable to enroll my children in school and continue their education because we cannot afford school fees and we do not have stable housing.

I am asking for $5,000 to help us cover the children’s medical treatment, food, basic living needs, and the costs of rebuilding a more stable and dignified life.
