Help Ayana and Stephen with flood and moving costs

Hi everyone! I am a friend and colleague of Ayana (Gibson) Etienne's.  Ayana and Stephen just welcomed their sweet baby boy into the world and should be focusing their full attention on those adorable baby cheeks, Ayana's healing, and getting situated as a new family of three. 

Unfortunately, they arrived home from the hospital with Baby Stephen to a completely flooded condo.  There is too much water / mold damage and the home they prepared for their baby boy is no longer inhabitable.  They are understandably heartbroken to be waiting on insurance claims and trying to find a new place to live while they should be resting comfortably in their own bed and bonding with their new son.

This would be a majorly stressful situation under normal circumstances, but it has been compounded by the fact they are navigating it with a newborn in a pandemic.  

They are going to be facing unexpected moving expenses, new deposit fees and have needed to replace several items immediately.
