Help Ayad’s family through medical emergency

Hey all! We are trying to raise some funds to help support Ayad’s family back in Iraq. On Friday, August 6th Ayad’s father Mohammed was crossing the street when he was hit by a motorcycle driving about 35 mph. He was rushed to the hospital where he was found to have broken his right leg in three different places. With no health insurance system in Iraq, the surgery and post op care is a financial strain in itself. However, what makes it even harder ate the longer term implications—Ayad’s father is the sole breadwinner for the family, and all of his earnings have been dependent on his ability to drive, doing rideshare services and deliveries. The doctors have told him it will be 2-3 months to recover, which amounts to no income at all for this family who already struggles on a weekly basis to make ends meet. Please pray for Ayad’s father, mother, and younger brother during this hard and stressful season, and if you’re able to donate anything to the fund that would be so appreciated. We would love to show them that the body of Christ is active even from across the world!
