Hi, my name is Makaya. Recently, I thought I would just be renting a room out for the summer with a friend that I thought was a good person and really trying to help me out. We both made agreements and plans about this situation. I pay every month and, yk, I get my own space and we're just roommates, platonic between us. He agreed on that and then, like, right after I had already set my stuff up, paid and all, he starts confessing his feelings and forcing himself on me, demanding a relationship with me. Two weeks of this constant abuse that I have lost many personal items of mine. To hurt me, he'd throw them out of his 8th-floor window: my laptop, several of my plushies, clothing, just tons of my personal stuff. I ended up getting away, filed a police report but lost the majority of my stuff during the process of getting out. I don't mean to beg for money, but this would seriously help me out a lot. I would be forever grateful. I am a student already, this would be great help.
