Support Avry Jo’s family through cancer treatment
Donation protected
Avry Jo is now two months into treatment, and her body is responding well—thank God.
The next step is stem cell collection, followed by transplant in August. This will be done in two intense rounds, with a short recovery window in between so her body can rest and rebuild before round two.
Transplant is everything.
It’s what offers a real shot at survival.
But the doctors have gently told them to brace themselves. The side effects can be merciless. Avry and her parents will be in hospital isolation for weeks—possibly months. And Jake, her dad, will need to take approximately three full months off work to be with them—exactly where a father should be when his daughter is fighting for her life.
To give you perspective: they currently spend an average of 20 days a month in the hospital. That’s not a typo—20 days. And transplant will require even more time, with very strict isolation and more intensive care.
And while they’re holding her hand through the worst of it, normal life doesn’t stop.
The bills keep coming.
The hospital charges grow.
The travel costs pile up.
And not all of Avry’s essential medicines are covered by insurance.
Some of the most important medications must be paid out-of-pocket, and they are very costly.
Watching your child suffer is agony enough. They shouldn’t have to carry the weight of financial pressure too.
This is where we come in.
We’re asking—pleading, really—to help raise enough money to cover at least three months of lost income, unreimbursed medical expenses, and every other unexpected cost that comes with having a child in the fight of her life.
Even $10 makes a difference.
If 10,000 people gave $10, that’s a great start!
No gift is too small. Every dollar matters. Every act of generosity is a reminder that they are not alone in this.
Thank you for loving them. For lifting them. For praying, giving, and sharing.
Please share this link with your people, your church, your community.
Let’s be the village that carries them through this next, part of the journey.
