Hey y'all! It's Felix, it's been a hard time and we have a court case for eviction on the 12 of September. We struggled immensely with rent for August due to financial issues within the apartment. Along with that, our anticipated rental assistance didn't come through either which has been a huge issue. Ive done everything I can until now, but we need help. I hope people can help out where they can, and I totally get that people can't

Edit: We got our case dropped the morning of the 12th. Today, we got a For Cause notice on our door and if we're not fully caught up by October 1st, we have twenty days to vacate the apartment. We're all cobbling together what we can, but I'm back again asking for help to avoid homelessness.
