Help Ava raise money for children with cancer

 

 

 

 

"Please help me raise money for children with cancer. I have been growing my hair out, and it is almost at the length I can cut it and donate it to be used for wigs. I have never had my hair short before, and I hope to raise enough money for the other children who need it to get better. I wish I could help save all the children who are poorly, so my mum has told me to start with trying to help one person. I hope I can, and I hope you will help me." Ava Rose

 

The money is going to go to The Azaylia Foundation (www.theazayliafoundation.com)  Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee created the charity after losing their little girl Azaylia. We have chosen this charity after learning that only a tiny percentage of funds go towards cancer children. The Azaylia foundation focuses on those children and families who need support and money for life-changing or life-saving treatments not available on NHS. The charity has strong support, and knowing parents who have felt that pain and understand what these families are going through more than any of us are running this with the pure intent to make a difference makes it special. This is why we have chosen this charity.

 

Alongside this, we have become very attached to a lovely local girl named Florence, battling a rare form of cancer but always with a radiant smile. These children have the strongest will and demonstrate how powerful they really are in the face of adversity. Florence, as did Azaylia, has a smile to brighten the room. Little Florence turns three on 15th Feb, and she is also an inspiration for us to try and raise money to help children just like her. Children are the innocence of the world and shouldn't have to suffer; which is why we hope to help, so please help us help them. All the funds will go directly to Azaylias Foundation from GoFund.
