This is Ava tyrie, Ava has recently been selected to compete for Wales at the MMA World Championship in Abu Dhabi. Ava has had a incredible journey so far in 2003 she had silver in the 4 nations championship, Bronze at the World Championship in 2024 and earlier this year she headed to Serbia for the European Championship where she became the European champion, bringing the gold back to Wales. Ava trains very hard along side her team mates and when she's not training in the gym she's playing football with her local team ( she's an incredible goal keeper)

This is a great opportunity for Ava and would be a dream come true to win the title of world championship.

Ava has set her self a challenge and over the next month will be using a versa climber to not only climb the height of mount Everest which is 29000 feet she will be doing the equivalent of up and down which is 58000. Ava will be updating everyone on her challenge along the way.
