My name is Juanita, and I am raising funds for my 3-year-old daughter, Ava. Ava was born early and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Since her diagnosis, she has needed weekly therapy sessions to help her develop and thrive. Unfortunately, these therapy sessions are not covered by my insurance. On top of that, Ava now needs special braces for her legs, which are also not covered by insurance. I have tried to get additional insurance for her, but because of my income, she did not qualify.

Ava will need therapy for the rest of her life, but I know that with the right support, she can have a better quality of life. The therapy and braces will help her become more independent and give her the chance to reach her full potential. As her mother, all I want is to make sure Ava gets everything she needs to succeed. It breaks my heart that I can't provide everything for her on my own due to financial reasons.
