Help Autumn's Family Move Before Christmas
Donation protected
Happy holidays to all my friends and family. This year, instead of thinking of any kind of Christmas gift that you could give to me or my family, I am asking for some help. In the past few months, the living environment that myself and the kids have been in has turned out to be a negative one, to say the least. You know I am a mom of five, but technically, I’m only biologically the mother to four. I, at this moment, am safe and the kids are too, but I am moving into an apartment in Marysville on the 10th of December. (Yes, God answered my prayers and I got approved!)
In the past few years, I haven’t put myself first. I’ve put my kids, my family, and my friends first. I try my best to be an extremely kind friend, coworker, daughter, granddaughter, sister, and relative. I’m reaching out and making the GoFundMe account because in 11 short days from today, I will be moving into an apartment for the first time completely on my own. As you could imagine, moving two weeks before Christmas with four kids and being a single mom is going to be challenging. I’m asking for help to raise some money to help me with the rest of the deposit for the apartment I’m moving into with my kids and a little bit of extra money for Christmas. Usually, I reach out to low-income Christmas drives and programs, but this year they are not offering a Christmas wish to Lakewood School District families, and Lakewood School District is only offering Christmas gifts to McKinney-Vento students. I love all my friends and family so deeply. It’s hard for me to ask for this kind of help, but it is a dark time, and I know that the bright light is right around the corner. I hope everybody has a great holiday!
My goal would be to raise $400 for the deposit on my apartment; any more would be a huge blessing. This is my first and only attempt for any help.
I love you all.
