Help Autumns COVID recurrence syndrome

Hi guys. As you might remember, I got COVID-19 in early in 2020. I suffered a lot of complications to my liver and lungs. I finally started to feel better, and I managed to get my stuff together enough to move to south Florida. Two weeks ago, I began to feel sluggish, and two nights ago(10/30/2020) my fever spiked to 104.9. I couldnt breathe, so my roomates took me the the hospital, where I was admitted immediately. Chest CT and X ray, full body MRI,  47 blood draws and being forced to use oxygen therapy because my O2 sat is down to a dangerously low level. After this, I am going to have to stop the high stress life and job, but being in the hospital(and god knows how much this will cost me) has made me stress about money. I am asking for help for you guys. I dont want to get sicker because I get so stressed and have a heart attack over a phone bill or insurance payment.  I have met some wonderful people through my adventures in life, and if I have ever made you smile, it would be awesome to have that favor returned.

Ill also be attaching all my labs and scans to validate the things that are happening.

UPDATE: 11/03, I am still in delray med center(room 220 if youd like to verify). Theyre testing for any and everything that could be wrong. scanning my from head to toe. So far, we have uncovered that the right side of my heart isnt functioning correctly. One lung is filled with fluid.
