Hello!

I have started this fundraiser to help with costs for my girlfriend Autumn's upcoming bottom surgery, on December 6th 2021. Due to some scheduling conflicts, Autumn's surgery date had to be moved out to a time where she will no longer have health insurance. We are unable to afford the surgery and recovery costs out-of-pocket so we are reaching out for help. The cost of the surgery itself is $20,000, while the remainder of our goal price is for healing funds; such as hotel stays, medical supplies, and other essentials.
