Hi, my name is Purna, and the cat I am raising funds for is Autumn, who is suffering from cancer in her intestines. I've had Autumn since I was 16 years old, and she has been the best part of my life since then. She has seen me grow into an adult, graduate from high school, and go to university with me. She has been with me since receiving my degree, and now, more than 2 years post-grad, she is still with me, being my best baby.

Autumn has had many health issues in the past few years, ranging from bladder stones to ear infections, and now, unfortunately, a mass has developed in her colon. Right now, the only course of treatment is for her to get the mass surgically removed, which is what I will be doing. She will be receiving surgery on Tuesday, July 22nd, and will need a few weeks to heal if everything goes well.

Veterinary care is notoriously expensive, and this surgery is no exception. I am fortunate enough to have some savings for it, but I would truly appreciate any help from those who also care and love Autumn, and from those who think she deserves a chance to live longer.

Autumn is the kindest and sweetest cat a person could ask for, and she has been my baby for 7.5 years. When I adopted her, she had been 3 years old and had kittens that had all gotten adopted before her. She grew up fast, but once she came to me, she has and will always be my little kitten. At 10 years old, I believe that she deserves to live a longer life, and with this surgery, I think she can.
