Hi, my name is Elisha Rayonez. I am starting a go fund me page to help my family stay in our home we have rented for 7 years. Our property management just gave us a 60-day notice to vacate our home by June 17th because the owner is selling our home. We can buy our home but we fall short of the down payment for the loan. I have four children, 2 beautiful girls and 2 smart and strong autistic boys. This is not just a home we are about to lose, it is safety and security for our two autistic boys. In the world of autism, routine is key. A drastic change will have lasting affects on their development and most likely result in regression of ,all our hard earned progress we've made over these last 7yrs. My two girls also have learning disabilities. I am so scared of the regression that all 4 of my children will have in this most stressful time. We have been paying $1,250 for rent the last 7 years and as we seek out other rentals, we have found the rental market is far beyond our reach. Which would put us in a position of homelessness. My wife and
I have fair credit but lack the ability to come up with the funds to stay or move. As a mother I am pleading with my community to help us in our hour of need. To my LGBTQ community, to my former Foster youth community, I need you!
