Help Austin's dog make a full recovery I can work it off

Hello, my name is austin trying to save my dogs. They got viciously attacked by 3 big dogs. I'm doing whatever i can to treat and help my dogs get over this. I do not have all the money. I'm trying to save ones legs so they won't be cut off she will need major surgery. They are only a year old. She has her full life ahead of her.
