Help Austin and Aurelia Rebuild after the Park Fire

Last week, the Park Fire swept through Cohasset and burned Austin Petersen’s home to the ground. While he evacuated safely with his young daughter and his dog, there was very little time to get their belongings out of the house. After throwing a few things in the car, Austin assisted his neighbor and her children in their evacuation efforts. With limited time and space, all furniture and household items were lost. A local musician and part of band Debajito, Austin also lost some of his most expensive musical equipment and over $15,000 in tools he used for his livelihood as a Property Restoration Engineer. Because Austin and his daughter had only recently moved in, there was no insurance on the home.

These funds will help Austin secure an RV or trailer for the family to live in while he plans next steps. Every penny will go directly to ensuring that Austin and Aurelia are able to rebuild the life they’d begun in Cohasset before the fire. Please donate and share as you’re able.
