Help Aus Women's Roller Hockey team get to Italy!

Help send our dedicated and hard-working Australian Women's Roller Hockey team to Italy!

We are beyond proud and excited to announce our team recently achieved outstanding results on the international stage, winning the Gold Medal at the Asian Roller Skating Championships held in China last year and Bronze in our division at the World Skate Games in Argentina in 2022.

This is even more amazing considering our team is 100% self-funded and receives no government or organisational funding. In order to play and represent our country, our players need to cover all expenses including uniforms, competition fees, venue hire for training, equipment, and travel costs, which equals thousands of dollars each year.

Despite the financial challenges, our commitment to the sport and our country remains unwavering. We are now preparing for the World Skate Games, held in Italy in September where they will compete against countries from around the world.

This group of passionate, dedicated and ambitious women have worked and played hard to get where they are and they need your help to raise the funds to get them to Italy to represent their country.

A sold out spectator sport in the 1992 Olympics, Roller Hockey is a fast and exciting sport that has a long history is Australia, with the first recorded game being played in 1935. Today it is internationally recognised and played in over 50 countries.
