Hello, I am running this fundraiser on behalf of my friend (25) who is about to be kicked out of their current apartment by their financially abusive roommate. They are unfortunately unable to reveal their identity due to their controlling and abusive parents who will stop paying for their medical expenses should their current situation come to light. They are unable to work due to fibromyalgia, arthritis, and permanent nerve damage in their lower spine, and have been waiting to receive disability for over a year, and because of that they need help getting enough money to pay the deposit on their next apartment or they will be rendered homeless. They only have until the 16th of December before they will be evicted from their current apartment, and their is no possibility of them being allowed to remain beyond that date. Additionally, they also have several pets, including a cat named Squeak, a snake named Udon, two frogs named Dango and Boba, as well as a gecko named Banana Man, seen in the pictures, all of whom will be left without a home if my friend is unable to secure the money for their deposit by the middle of next month. It is not an exaggeration to say that caring for their pets is my friends entire reason to keep going every day, and having to give them up would catastrophically shatter their mental health in a way that may not be recoverable. Any help at all would be appreciated, if you can't contribute financially then spreading the word would be a huge help!
