We are raising money for Auntie Agnes, a beloved elder of her family and tribe, after the devastating Mukluk fire yesterday took her home and everything inside it. Auntie Agnes is 90+ years old and is the oldest surviving member of her clan. She lived alone in the home she spent years paying for by herself while working as a housekeeper. She was able to care for herself there and hold onto the independence she worked so hard to build over a lifetime. Losing her home, her belongings, and that sense of safety so suddenly has been heartbreaking for everyone who loves her.

The family and her tribe are working together to help Auntie Agnes through this painful time, but she needs support as she begins again after such a devastating loss. The funds raised will help her secure housing and meet her basic needs while she rebuilds and works to regain her independence. Please help if you can.
