Help Aunt Zebo Secure Her Home and Studio

Our Aunt Zebo lost her beloved husband, our Uncle Sam, to cancer a little over two months ago. One of the many adjustments she has had to make in her life is finding a suitable studio/condo to have a home and also be able to support herself through her art. She is all alone now.

A loft condo space has become available in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa which we think is perfect for her needs. The owner has Parkinson's and is no longer able to live in the unit. It is now in a trust in Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. The owner is willing to negotiate for a cash price and the bank wants to unload the property as soon as possible. If our aunt can pay the trust IN CASH, she may be able to acquire this $350,000 unit for as low as $250,000...and maybe even less!

We know Aunt Zebo would appreciate any patronage to help buy this condo so she can create the lovely, whimsical murals, pet portraits and children's books we have all come to love.
