Aunt Sheila, my mom’s sister, recently underwent a procedure called ERCP for gallstones. Unfortunately, she suffered severe pancreatitis as a complication, which led to multi organ failure. She developed ARDS and kidney failure, is intubated, and is now receiving dialysis. Her condition has continued to worsen, and doctors are now looking into emergency surgery.
There is little to no insurance in the Philippines that can cover the extensive medical care she has already received and will likely need in the coming days. The costs of intensive care, life support, dialysis, medications, laboratory testing, specialists, and surgery are overwhelming for our family.
We are doing everything we can to support her, but the financial burden is far beyond what we can manage alone. We are humbly asking for your help.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward her surgery, hospital bills, and support for her children and spouse.
If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page and keeping Aunt Sheila in your prayers. Your kindness and support mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.
