Help My Aunt Marilyn Overcome Cancer Treatment Expenses
Donation protected
I am raising funds for my amazing Aunt Marilyn, who has survived cancer, not once, but twice, over the last 12 years.
My Aunt Marilyn has always been like a 2nd mom to me. She has always been there for me, she's someone I can lean on and she always puts others before herself. She has such a caring and generous heart and I want to do what I can to help her through this stage in her life.
She just recently had surgery to remove cancerous nodes from her thyroid. She has recovered from the surgery and the margins seem good; however, medical bills are piling up from MRI's, CT scans, 3D scans and surgeries. She is also in need of a new prosthetic leg because her current one is cracked.
In 2013, she survived Stage 4 Synovial Sarcoma, which resulted in a leg amputation. During that time, she lost her job, home, and her marriage ended. This resulted in claiming bankruptcy.
My Aunt Marilyn is now fighting to keep her current home and is currently looking for a 2nd job to help pay these expenses as they continue to add up.
I'm asking you to donate to this cause to help her pay off her medical bills and to help her get a new prosthetic.
She's already been through so much, and I would love to help ease this burden of medical expenses for her.
