Help Mom Get Into Assist Living

Please help my Mom. My mom is now blind after her last stroke and needs to move into assisted living. She can afford the rent but we do not have enough money for the down payment. Mom had a massive stroke at 39. She was better after rehab. She now has had more strokes and lost her vision from them. Mom just had her carotid artery cleaned out from being 90% blocked along with the ones going to her heart. Mom has had triple bypass surgery, and is on her 2nd kidney transplant the 2nd kidney came from her brother. On top of that she has factor number 5 which is a blood mutation. Mom can no longer be without assisted living. Please help Aunt Liz live a better life in Osmond in the pines with 24 hour nursing care.
