Hi, my name is Jennifer Carroll, and I’m raising funds for my beloved Aunt Carrie. She has always been the kind of person who gives without asking for anything in return — a shoulder to cry on, a warm meal when you’re down, and a laugh when you need it most.

Sadly, Aunt Carrie is now facing the toughest challenges of her life. She is battling kidney failure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, congestive heart failure, and the effects of multiple strokes, and is now unable to walk without assistance. These illnesses have taken away her ability to work and have left her struggling just to keep up with basic living expenses.

She was just recently hospitalized because of a psychotic episode, due to the many prescription medications she takes giving her blood toxicity. She was in an induced coma and put on a ventilator during her stay to stabilize her.

Her medical needs are constant and exhausting, and the financial strain has become overwhelming. Her husband Jim has lost three jobs due to taking time off for emergencies and appointments. He is her primary caretaker and she needs 24/7 care. She urgently needs help to cover rent, utilities, food, and other essentials so she can focus on her health without the fear of losing her home.

Despite everything she’s facing, Aunt Carrie continues to fight each day with courage. But she cannot do this alone. That’s why I’m reaching out to family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers — to ask for your help in keeping her safe, secure, and cared for during this incredibly difficult time.
