Hi, I'm Aliyah, and I am making this fundraiser on behalf of my mom Audrey, who is currently struggling due to a lack of a stable job, housing, and medical concerns. As her daughter, I have been doing everything I can to support her. However, due to my own living situation, I'm unable to assist her in the ways I wish I could. Therefore, I am making this GoFundMe to bridge the gap and get her the assistance she needs.

My mom has always been a fighter. She has had to start over many times throughout her life due to hardship, but this particular situation is incredibly dire. She has a chronic illness, causing her to have to consistently see medical professionals in order to maintain her health and the surgeries she's had, which in turn has caused her to go into immense medical debt. She's also in the HR field, but due to the bloom of AI, she's found difficulty maintaining employment and has unfortunately lost her recent position due to AI. Despite this, she always takes time to show up for others and pour into her community using her professional skills. Whether it's assisting them with seeking employment, helping improve their resumes, or connecting them with jobs and recruiters, my mom has always used her position to help others, and now she finds herself in a position where she needs help.

My mom is at the point of going to food banks just to ensure she has enough food to survive, and she's been struggling with being able to afford the medications she needs to survive. Currently, she's less than 30 days out from losing her home and being out on the street. If that happens, she will have nothing but the clothes on her back, and this time, she won't have anything to build back up from.

Any funds that are provided will be used to assist my mom to ensure she has stable housing, can cover some of her outstanding bills, and pay for her medications/doctor's visits.
