Help Audrey Heal After Dog Attack

Hi,my name is John and I am the father of Audrey who was viciously attacked by a black chow in our driveway 2 weeks ago. We have been unable to locate the dog or the owner and unfortunately our medical bills are adding up. Audrey needed emergency plastic surgery and has been out of work now for two weeks. Her pain and suffering is immense, and we have exhausted every option in trying to find the owner of the dog. My poor daughter is terrified even to go outside now I would not wish any parent to go through this. You feel so helpless. We have been discussing about getting therapy to help her.
