Help Atlas with his Leukemia fight

On September 9, 2021 The parents of Atlas Ray received news no parent would want to hear. Their 2 year old son Atlas was diagnosed with Leukemia. Atlas will be spending some time in the hospital to begin chemo treatments and once discharged, traveling to receive treatments. Our family decided to create this go fund me page after such a touching response of people wanting to help this sweet family. We can’t express our gratitude. As I lay here next to you as you sleep I am still trying to understand why this had to happen to you. I just don’t understand how one minute our lives were just so completely ordinary, we went through every day like we were okay… life was just life and life was normal …….. and then September 9th 2021 came and we were hit with the most devastating news of our entire lives. We were always the ones that were completely aware that bad things could happen to us just like everyone else ! Bad things happen to everybody! I shouted this to most people I know ! Now here we are hearing that our sweet baby boy is diagnosed with leukemia. This… I wasn’t prepared for this one. Life is so unpredictable and I may never understand why God chose you for this battle but I know he will get you through it. He will take you past the finish line and you will forever be mommy and daddy’s super hero . This is the beginning of a very long journey for us. I can’t believe I am really laying here writing this post I don’t even know if i have a fully accepted this yet. Tomorrow is day 1 of many many many days . Tomorrow is day one of chemo treatment. Time to fight ! time to be strong
