Last week, I had more than $5,000 worth of camera equipment stolen from my car.
As an artist, my camera equipment is a crucial way for me to practice my craft, earn income, and create work for and with the communities I care about most.
As an Immigrant-BIPOC-Queer, it's been hard to learn that I deserve things, let alone nice things, and in times of struggle, I can lean on those around me for support. But I'm a breaker of bad habits and this is my attempt.
