Help Atlas Overcome Parvovirus Battle

Hi, my name is Haley Jones. I’ve never done a go fund me before or really anything of the sort but I am at a loss. The white puppy in the cover photo is Atlas. Atlas is a 12 week old Great Pyrenees who just joined our family 4 weeks ago with his sister Daisy. They are the sweetest gentle giants.

Everything was going so well, our biggest worry was potty training! Until, Monday 5/6/24, thats when everything changed. He stopped eating and would not do anything but sleep. We took him to the vet and got fluids, antibiotics, electrolytes, and an anti-nausea medication. He started to feel a little better and then began to get so much worse. We rushed him to the emergency vet where we learned something that would make our hearts sink to our feet. Parvo, he tested positive for parvovirus. He was immediately hospitalized and has been there ever since. We are 5 days in and he has a Nasogastric tube to feed him, he is exhausted and is still not out of the woods yet. He needs to be hospitalized until he feels well enough and his symptoms slow down.

With all that being said anyone who has pets knows how expensive hospital bills can be. Currently they are up to 6,875 dollars and are continuing to rise daily.
